Hi all,
I am downloading a HD movie from a pirate torrent tracker, but speed is ridiculous slow. I am thinking add a second pirate tracker into tracker list to get more seed. Is it risk? Anyone tried it before?
Torrent is exactly the same.
Client is uTorrent Serenity with no download, no upload, no corrupt, no complete and 0% done, ghost.

This can be done if the info_hash is the same. The torrent's files and piece size must be exactly identical for that. But I don't recommend it for two reasons:
1. more peers doesn't necessarily mean faster speeds to begin with,
2. when doing this, the same traffic is reported for both (or all) trackers; many people who don't cheat at all have been banned for it, as they were uploading to peers from tracker B who don't exist as far as tracker A is concerned.
You're much better off trying to download the movie from another site in the regular way, and if it's faster, just sticking to that torrent. Leave the method you mention for public torrents, and even then, just add the most popular announce URLs that are not already present. Pasting dozens of them won't magically speed things up.
