Türkischer Politiker: Kruzifix muss sofort weg [NSU-Prozess]
München - Der türkische Politiker Mahmut Tanal hat gefordert, das Kruzifix im Gerichtssaal A 101, in dem der NSU-Prozess stattfindet, sofort zu entfernen. Es sei eine "Bedrohung" für alle Nichtchristen.

Ein Kruzifix an der Wand eines Gerichtssaales sei eine „Verletzung des laizistischen Rechtsstaates“, weil religiöse Symbole in einem Rechtsstaat nichts zu suchen hätten, sagte Tanal. Deshalb müsse das Kruzifix „sofort“ aus dem Saal entfernt werden. Tanal protestierte auch dagegen, dass er beim Betreten des Gerichtssaals von deutschen Sicherheitskräften durchsucht wurde.
