edit: Hah! Actually I know this movie from my childhood! I just realized that after searching it up on IMDb. There's even a second and third films with Charles Bronson. Great actor.

The first movie is a good drama. After his wife and daughter are killed and raped, Paul Kersey reconsiders his stance on how to deal with crime and takes the law into his own hands. However, it turns out that having a gun and knowing how to use it didn't make him a Terminator. He gets stabbed by a muggers in the subway, then shot near the end of the movie. Police working around the clock trying to catch him didn't make things any better.Quote:

For me, it was done well enough to make it watchable (but nowhere close to the original). True, Paul didn't go around like Rambo shooting a rifle from each hand and throwing grenades like in the trailer, that was the attractive of the original film.Quote:
