• TL: the Netherlands
• SCC: Sweden
• What.cd: USA
• ScT: seems to be hosted on Germany, but I doubt it
• GFT: Denmark
• FTN: Canada
• x264: USA
• BitHumen: UK
• Waffles: Sweden

Also, you're missing LL and STB (in my opinion the most underrated tracker and the best for mobile content, respectively)

I guess they don't all use the same databases, and therefore the same IP is linked to another country.
