    Since you received an answer, you should remove your screenshot. This can be bannable if one of tracker's users/staff members will notice this

    Yes, the combination of active torrents, port, client emulation and upload speed (all of which are visible on the image) is probably entropic enough to uniquely identify an account.

    Can I get notice from ISP for downloading via mRatio? without any vpn/proxy.
    As mRatio is not downloading or uploading anything it just reports it to tracker

    Yeah but you should not seed/download torrents from tracker x on both mratio and the real client.
