I want to ask about trackers witch can detect Utorrent HEX mods.

I usualy use "mult11_leecher" and upload speed 6-10kb.

Please tell me where i can be ban for this?

I'd say that in trackers that are level 3-4 or higher in the Ranklist (http://www.sb-innovation.de/f47/die-rangliste-der-cheatsichersten-tracker-294/). Of course it's a lot better if you also search the cheating experiences thread for the name of the tracker you want to fake on, and see other users' feedback.
