I have a video in vob format to be more precise and wanted to split it into three or more parts was wondering which software dose it any help will be appreciated ..

Mpg2Cut2 (http://www.geocities.com/rocketjet4/) can work with VOB files. Make sure you download the app and audio DLLs.

If you want a simpler app, give VOB Splitter (http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/downloads/showsoftware_vob_splitter_386.html) a try - but it only lets you split by file size.

its a VOB file in a DVD but i copy pasted it onto my computer so its a single file now :smile:

I did a little searching and tried ultra video splitter and found it very easy to use and efficient and serves the purpose ..

Here (http://hjsplit.en.softonic.com/) it is, if you're still interested. It seems to be able to split other kinds of files as well.

hey thanks .. but 'll stick with Ultra Video Splitter it really has a wide array of file formats .. but then if it don't work then 'll surely give of of these software's a try ..
