this woman is pretty 'blond' {i.e. not very intelligent, most especially for a person who holds a public position}. She got a number of things wrong.

Firstly, there is no quebec PM, secondly, she didn't know the Canadian PMs reak name. The comedian gave her some false name.

Thirdly, she laughed at the comedian's falsely intended non-comical statement of how fun its to kill animals. What a crazy woman!!
