danke schon mal.

Mmm I don't know about blocking entire countries... not for nothing AJ enables its country-block only for 3 sessions.

You can take advantage of ipfilter.dat to block countries in the meantime:

1. Go to this site (http://ip.ludost.net/).
2. Scroll down, and in the textbox after "Input a list of ISO country codes......" type the code(s) of the country/ies you want to block (for example, USA = US, France = FR, etc...) To choose more than one country, separate the codes with spaces, for example:

US FR IT GB

3. Scroll down, and where it says "Select template for formating...", choose the option "interval RIPEDB alike intervals"
4. Go all the way down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit query".

You'll see (wait for it to load completely) a list of IP ranges belonging to the country/ies you selected.

5. Copy all the ranges (but not the lines starting with a #) to a Notepad window.
6. Go to the B.I.S.S. online Blocklist Converter (http://www.bluetack.co.uk/converter/).
7. In "Source Format" choose "Plain IP ranges" and in "Output Format", "eDonkey (eMule,cDonkey)"
8. Go to the "Source List" tab and paste the IP ranges from Notepad there.
9. Click the "Convert" button (just below the big text area). Depending on the amount of IPs specified, you may have to wait for a short while. After the conversion is done, the "Output" tab will appear automatically, and in the text area below "The converted output will be placed here", you will see the ranges from the country/ies you chose in IPfilter.dat format. Copy them (maybe to another Notepad window)

You may want to replace the default "From Plain Ranges" comment with something else...

10. Open your eMule's ipfilter.dat file and append the converted ranges to the end. Save it and close your text editor.
11. Open eMule. (or if it was already open, go to Options -> Security -> Reload to make the new filter become active)

The country/ies you chose should be now blocked... if I overlooked something tell me :top:

thx anon for your help. but my english is so bad.

Could anyone translate it to german.

1. Gehe auf diese Seite (http://ip.ludost.net/).

2. Geh nach unten und tippe die Ländercodes der Länder die blocken willst in dieses Feld "Input a list of ISO country codes separated by spaces in this field".
(Zum Beispiel: USA = US, France = FR, etc...)

US FR IT GB

3. Geh weiter nach unten zum Auswahlfeld "Select template for formating the output of your query" und wähle "interval RIPEDB alike intervals
