English version of RSD 0.58 alpha

v1: initial version, changed user-agent to 'Opera/9.50 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en)'
known bugs:
the program isn't 100% translated (things like the log or some message boxes are still in german :frown:). i couldn't find these in my resource editor but everything else is translated.
if you find any bugs (that aren't in the original german rsd but yes in this version) or places where the translation could be improved please tell me :biggrin:
