I guess this has happened to most of you guys. You get motivation and after a few weeks, the motivation is gone. So, can anyone tell me how to remain motivated?

Set short and long term goals, build a daily routine, stick to it. Given the section this thread was created on, I suppose your motivation is to follow a workout or diet, but that works with pretty much anything.
