This client uses a global peer_id, so use the memory reader.

This client emulates the following settings, so make sure your real qBittorrent 4.0.2 also uses them:

Encryption mode: Prefer encryption
Listen on IPv6 address: No

You can turn off update checking in the advanced settings!

neah - because sometimes i'm a nice guy and hit the update button - wanted to mention only that thing is a pain in the ass - by the way - what disk cache does in the advanced options ?

The disk cache is a chunk of memory used to store data you download and upload before it's written to the disk (or instead of reading from it).

Unless you have a very fast connection you'll be fine with the default of 64 MB, otherwise you may see better performance by doubling or quadrupling it, obviously at the cost of higher memory consumption.

i'm having 1TB connection -aka real speeds up to 100 MB and RAM around 16 GB - so i think i should increase that

Definitely! At 100 MB/s, most mechanical hard disks will already be pushed to their limits.
