Anyone else getting 100 KB/s or higher on Rapidgator as a free user? The speed limit was 50 before.

Always slow with me not more than 100 KB/s. I don't remember how much lower though. I end ignoring it and use whatever the hell other link available !!

Sometimes I get constant cycles of speed going up to what you mentioned, followed by stalling.

I'll take Mega, ClicknUpload or HugeFiles if available, but when choices are more limited, Rapidgator is usually the best because downloads are resumable.

Zippyshare is usually really fast for free users :)

Indeed. Sadly they have no "rewards program", so very few uploaders use it.

There are always the premium link generators, like leechNinja ;)

I know leech.ninja and its sister site premiumleech.eu and they were good when I found them, but now they're always either out of Rapidgator traffic, or take you through a dozen advertisements and captchas before giving you an empty file :dabs:

Less-known link generators do work, but they have high turnover; you have to hunt for the new ones as the old cease to exist. I don't want to shell out money for those paid multi-host downloaders either... I'd rather get the files directly from the host, as slow as it may be.

True, had issues to. Looking all the time for alternatives. But leechninja just seem to work now and then, with a little luck.

Premium link generators just aint working anymore

looks like the good times are over again already. today i got something from RG which was not only capped at 100kb/s but also had an increased waiting time of 3 minutes

Yeah, the initial waiting time is now always 180 seconds and no longer proportional to file size. But I'll take that over a shorter wait and 50 KB/s :wwink:
