'Um' normally has connotations to something that someone doesn't know of. It seems to me that the title is reffering to a group or segment of people that have no clue to their identity. To put it more directly: They have no clue what they want in life, no clue what they are doing career-wise, no clue to their own personal future, no clue where or who they belong to or with, no clue to any thing that gives them any kind of rooting in own life. No clue to any kind of spiritual root within their lives. Basically. No clue to anything.

i'd say they actually have plenty of clues, its just that they don't care about them, don't wanna bother, see no point in doing it,...their primary motivation is simply to have some moar fun (and maybe the other stuff will just magically go away)

on the other hand, the majority of others that supposedly do have a clue are basically just pretending to be much more advanced, whereas they're merely more accustomed/adapted/experienced regarding their own roles/molds and the usual/accepted explanations/reasoning behind it, which gives them a false sense (inwards, self-deception) and appearance of 'knowing' (outwards), ending up in the 'blind leading the blind' scenario, especially regarding anything that goes beyond the surface of things - an easy way to test that is to keep asking in-depth questions until the received explanations become either very silly/evasive or convoluted/complicated/muddy, revealing the underlying 'depths of cluelessness'

speaking of generations, we are currently living in the 'age of cluelessness' so its recommended to stock-up on those 'grains of salt' since its not going to get any better, contrary to what our mainstream experts would want you to believe

generally, the clues are plenty & all around, one just has to pay attention to them, work on the interpretation/questioning skills, take some time to deal with them and use one's own intelligence while doing so - in this sense, everyone essentially defines/shapes their own progress, meaning that if your own practice in these matters is surface-deep, the results must inevitably be of the same depth/range, ie. they are perfectly matching your own current abilities (fundamentally viewed, this includes any & every external influence at any & every given moment of your activity)
