Add memes as smileys

Memes have become a large part of our internet lives over over the years nowadays they are more popular than ever thanks to popular funny/comic sites like 9gag,4chan,tumblr,funnyjunk and others.
My plea is to implement major ones as similes to they can be easy to use any time.

I don't think this kind of thing should be implemented. Waste of bandwidth, horrible images and bottom line: useless. You know that most new members will abuse this.

I have access to the smiley control panel, but Rebound does this so well, I'd hate to step in and screw things up. :shifty:
