ChinaHDTV is a new site with 90,000 users, quite a lot of users.the site is NexusPHP like many other site in China.
i can buff 1T in two days and very safe. i try to flash a torrent with 900mb/s upload on RM for 10sec, when i stop flashing, i got a message: we think you are cheating, your account is disabled. i was disabled by the NexusPHP.....
so funny is that, after 3 or 4 days ,i was trying to signup a new acc , i found that i can login my old acc!! its still alive! the tracker save my acc???

Flashing on NexusPHP trackers is a recipe for disaster as far as I've been told. Why your old account was re-enabled... I don't know. Maybe it was a temporary ban or the staff gave you a second chance.

was your ratio still intact on your old account? or was it reset to zero?

i don't use ratiomaster anymore or similar softwares... but i can say with userenity i cheated so easily in chinahdtv with ~x8 of my true upload speed and reach 1 tb very fast.
account still active now

Other than the little bit of info from CHscx's post above yours, if there is not, you could always try one yourself.
That's how others did it and then reported back.

RM + MR on around 3 torrents at ~250 each. Account is fairly new. No ban or ratio rest so far :)

MR and speeds even to 8MB/s and my account is still alive, i upload almost 1TB so i think if you don't set speeds about 30MB/s you can easly cheat on this site.

Only thing is lame speeds, when torrent has 20 seeders speeds are around 50KB/s or even less :/

yeah I can confirm that too, ... I use mR and with a decent speed of UP <4 MB/s u can grow ur ratio very safe.

Another confirmation. This works very well for now:

mRatio + memory reader + torrent wih many leechers + speed 5-7 Mbits Up.

It's just the user class there, doesn't really matter.

mR 4.4 @ 700-1100 kbps on a single torrent with really few leechers and like 70:1 S:L, no problems so far.
