mTranslator
A small utility to edit mRatio language files.

Load's an existing language file.
You can also Drag-and-drop a language file on mTranslator window.
Note: If you are creating a language file for the first time load the English.mRlng template available on every mRatio release.
Saves the language file.
Change the flag used by the language file
It loads a PNG image file and converts it on a base64 encode.
Note: PNG file cannot be bigger than 16x16
Compares the current loaded file with the original English file.
It's going to remove no longer used string, add new ones to the list and highlight rows not translated.
The language file list.
Contains all the rows available on the language file, double click to translate any row.

The translation string.
Note: Try to keep the translation size close to the original size or the program may cut some words out.
Saves the translated string into the list.
Cancels the operation.
How To Translate
Load the English language file.

The more recent the mRatio version the more up to date English file.
Translate all the strings on the file.
"lngName" is the language name.
"lngAuthor" is the name of the author of the language file.
Save the language file under a new name.
Send it to The248. OPTIONAL
He will change the flag bitmap if needed and make it available for everyone on every new version of mRatio.
