problems with Radeon HD 3850

YouTube - Crysis start with problem HD3850
Very annoying problem and I'm a very confused.
I installed the latest drivers and the Crysis hotfix but that not solved my problem.Can you help me?
I have Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 , Intel Core2 Duo E6750 , 2Gb OCZ ram ,Therlmaltake ToughPower 600W , Windows XP Home Ed.

ok i read that this is becouse the graphikcard has problems with the change from 2d to 3d. if you play the game normal you shouldnt have any problems so the problems are only at startup.
