Take screenshot at specific time?

Is there a way to take a screenshot at a specific time?

Lets say I'm out of the apartment at 4 pm but I want to take a screenshot at that time.Is there anyway to do it?is there any software?

Get this and extract it somewhere on your computer:
NirCmd - Windows command line tool (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/nircmd.html)

then follow this, set the time to 4PM,
(you may use, One time only option)
How To Schedule Tasks in Windows XP (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308569)

and use this command:

nircmd.exe cmdwait 2000 savescreenshot "sshot_4pm.png"

I can't believe you didn't think of NirCMD, or even Task Scheduler plus something. First thing I thought of when I saw this thread's title. No offense meant, of course! :wtongue:

Nothing as sinister as that...

Just want to see my utorrent download...I've recently started letting my utorrent download while I sleep...So just I want to see how much it downloaded along with the speed i get at night...

if you want to take at 4pm for no reason just because of clock than you can change clock to 4pm and take SS.. lol just kidding :)

but seriously if you need to know what happens when your away than use Jet Spy

with that you can make a simple program that checks for the clock and runs NirCmd.

I really liked that NirCMD you told me about in the first post,so I went about using that screenshot cmd...

The problem with my task scheduler was that it just didn't open.Just moments after I wrote my post yesterday I found a task scheduling software.It was small,fast and perfect.Then I created a desktop shortcut with above cmd in the "location" and scheduled to run that shortcut at the particular time...

Got me what I wanted...!!! :whooray:

Just days ago I had changed my ISP.Someone from their office was going to come to my apartment and install and activate my account through their Admin account.So quite naturally I'd installed a spy software "keyboard logger" on my laptop.
Yes during that time I had noticed these spy softwares have screenshot options but they were not satisfactory to me.Actually they were first things I tried after my Google search failed...
