I think PaperBus fits the requirements. It's fast (probably because it's relatively new) and easy to use. The only deterrent is that it'll open an ad page in your browser 1-2 times per hour, as a means of supporting the service.

Are there any restrictions to the Free VPN Accounts?

Yes, there is a 30 - minute time limit per vpn connection, and outbound email (SMTP) is blocked. Once you have been connected for 30 minutes, the VPN server will automatically disconnect the VPN tunnel. You will need to manually reestablish your VPN connection if you wish to continue to use the Free VPN service. VPN Pro accounts have no time limits and the SMTP port (outbound email) is fully open.

PPTP? What serivce are you using? I guess you don't mean Point-To-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP).

PPTP does stand for Point-To-Point Tunneling Protocol. However, the way you formulated your question made be question if there was a service called "PPTP".

Yes mate,I am using W7.Hope I have some series problem.I tried several methods,But always ended up with some error.

It was only relatively recently that I learned about routing tables, MTUs and network address translators. Five years ago I thought it was all magic :unsure:
