I found the first part to be quite nice...
The gameplay was kind of innovative, it also did not get the worst marks in reviews as far as i know.
Also liked the first one very much. :smile:
I hope this one will be at least as good as that one, but I'm optimistic. :top:
i've never played to batman, but in this thread there are just positive comments, therefore i think i'll buy this game ;)

Actually the gfx are way much better than other older versions when it comes to sequel combat moves by which gaming experience through harder levels would be more interesting.
Batman 1 was awesome , no doubt about that, however i would like to see some kinda open world essence in the sequel
The first game is awesome, you can buy without being afraid of second thoughts. I'm expecting good things about the sequel too, looking forward.

Batman : Arkham City STEAM UNLOCKED READNFO-P2P is out now. It's not playable yet as it needs a crack. The official release date is friday the 25th. So, a few more days and I hope the scene releases a copy quickly this time around.

Yeah the p2p crack from 3dm is reported to be working but I am holding out for a scene crack. Come on now scene groups, show us your magic.
You can download the release now and just replace the crack later, or you can wait for repack like me :rolleyes:

I think skidrow can be first but there is always reloaded repack after that, skidrow first stole cracks from other groups and even after that they cant release 1 fully working crack :biggrin:

I tried this with a game once but I had to download the scene release again cause the scene crack woudn't work with it. so I dropped that idea. If you have had a better experience in such a case, do let me know. After all, it's 18GB no less. It could even be like HAWX 2 though :(

Well thats why I always download only repack games who are usually are 4gb, the only minus is the installing time but for that size I'm ok with that and unlike rips, repack can be patched with the newer patches

Repacks 4GB with long installation times? If you are not talking about rips, I am not following which repacks are you on about.

Repacks are like rips but they are full rips, nothing is removed maybe the videos can be with 50% but this is very rare and they dont have problems like rips and did i said that they are patchable ? :rolleyes:

Ah I see. Never tried repacks and I don't believe I will(for the top games at least). Repacks will take their time to show up on trackers and I want my games pronto! Besides, I want to play games as the devs(read:scene groups) meant it to be played :smile:
usually repacks are released after 1-2 days when the scene release is out
oh and forgot to say that repacks can contain updates too and they can be with the latest patch + all addons I just love them, original releases are just wasting space and you can first download the scece release and after that repack for burning to dvd disk or storage it in your hdd with less size

exactly, this happens sometimes so there's really no point in downloading releases from noname/questionable sources

Duke.Nukem.Forever.REPACK-KaOs --> Duke.Nukem.Forever-2011.CUSTOM-KaOs
and if that one had to be repacked, then:
Duke.Nukem.Forever-2011.REPACK.CUSTOM-KaOs
Who cares how they do it ... and about skidrow, it is proven before that the newly released skidrow cracks are same with some other groups who have released the game before skidrow, the exe's were with exactly same size

I am sorry it's 15-16 GB. Dunno why 18GB stuck in my head(must have read it somewhere for sure). But still a considerable amount of data to download.

No not really. I am not into RPG games per se, but I did play through most of the last Mass Effect game though. I am currently playing Saints Row 3. and I quite like it :smile:

Ha. Ya that would be the safer way to go about this. But since this is a scene release, I thought why not? Still a long way to complete the download though. I'll let you know if this works.

But overall, the Batman AC patch to fix DX11 problems is expected to be released on 20h Dec. May be this will get the big guns to sit up and take notice and we can expect a fully working PROPER released then.
Tell us how it goes, I will wait for a Skidrow release, and during these fun times a lot of other games are here to keep me chilling and having fun! I am as excited about Batman Arkham Asylum 2 as Call of Duty!

if there is even going to be a proper, it will be most likely done during the next few days, so by the time 20.12. arrives one may expect only a (cracked) update

other than that seems this game has been released too early (aka rushed, as usual nowadays) since there are still many bugs left

Well, I have installed the FightClub version and I played through the 1st level and it's working pretty well(The game is beautiful. Since the devs have admitted to not having implemented DX11 properly, I have only tried the DX9 version).
Also, slikrapid, I believe the release is still nuked(At least that's what it says on RevTT). :confused:
Aldo, the game takes some time to start and it shows some CD/DVD icons near the cursor which I haven't seen in quite a while which makes you believe that the crack is emulating and hasn't had the protection removed(as it says in the nuke).
I cannot tell you if I am going to encounter any game breaking bug later on but at least it's working and it's pretty sweet. So, grab it if you can(untill a better copy popss up!).:top:
