maybe you don't have the decoder installed.

you can try installing K-Lite codec pack.

Free-Codecs.com : Download K-Lite Codec Pack 5.5.0 FULL, K-Lite Codec Pack 5.5.0 STANDARD, K-Lite Codec Pack 5.5.0 BASIC : K-Lite Codec Pack is a collection of codecs and related tools (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm)

1. ummmm... try loading movie first, then subtitles?
2. movie contains unsupported codecs
2.a install CCCP codec pack
3. maybe requires .net framework, make sure you have installed all of them
4. try other (beta) version of subtitle workshop (if you are using beta, try normal one)

I allready have CCCP codec installed. There's something with VSfilter.dll and DirecVob Sub. I'll try something else.

This means Direct Show Filter must be the latest.
When you install Codec, choose Direct Show Filter instead of other codecs.
