Yes, RS limits download speeds for free users and HF is slow for me too. On the contrary, I have reached good rates with MU, but they aren't faster than MF :wink:

Indeed RS has been bad these days, mind you for the first time when downloading as free I got a "sorry, all slots for free users are being used", yeah right. :rolling_eyes: Also regarding hotfile I was happily using jDownloader when those b*stards decided to implement 're-captcha', thus breaking jDown capability of recognizing the usual captchas from them. :mad: and I don't know if jDown team will be able to solve this, as I haven't seen anything capable of reading re-captchas. :frown:

Yes, and I miss my premium account already :frown:
I've seen some warez forums with admins selling 30 days accounts for 5 dollars, I guess these guys amass premium points and create these accounts for sale. So tempting... LOL, RS loves them I'm sure ^^.

Du musst nichts herunterladen. Du musst nur bei einem normalen Megauplaod Link in der Mitte noch "add mgr_dl.php " einfügen, wie oben beschrieben.

I tried it in two different computers and it still works. Clear traces and such and "repair" your connection, in case that helps.

Right-click your connection at "Network Connections" and click "Repair". I think it's worth a try.

Since the DNS cache is flushed when repairing, I thought that'd make a difference.

Seems the factor was something else. MU has a 2GB/hour limit if I remember correctly...

I'm a jDownloader noob, so I can't really tell. But I've just tried editing the .class file for the Megaupload jD hoster addon, and after doing that the program wouldn't recognize it at all :redface:

What I'd do to automate the use of this trick while I'm away is using Wget on a batch script:

@wget www.megaupload.com/mgr_dl.php?d=XXXXXXXX --tries=0 --wait=60
@wget www.megaupload.com/mgr_dl.php?d=XXXXXXXX --tries=0 --wait=60
@wget www.megaupload.com/mgr_dl.php?d=XXXXXXXX --tries=0 --wait=60
Add as many such lines as files you want to download, and save the file somewhere as "Getfiles.bat" (with the quotes). Get Wget for Windows here (http://pages.interlog.com/~tcharron/wgetwin.html), and put it in the same directory. Run the script, and it should start using this to download your files one after the other, to the same folder the batch file is located. If you run out of your hourly Megaupload quota, the program will infinitely retry to download once every 60 seconds until it's able to. I'm sure it's possible to tell when this happens and automatically run a reconnector, though...

I tested that trick more than 1 year ago, it is good to know that it still works!
