When Windows 7 hits the shelves in October Windows Home Premium is expected to retail at €119.99 in the EU and £79.99 in the UK, when exchanged at today's exchange rate that shows that EU members using the Euro will be paying the equivalent of $168.66, and the UK citizens will be paying the equivalent of $132.14.
These prices do not sound to bad however when compared to the same product in the U.S they will be paying $119 (Once the pre-order discount has expired). This means that on the whole UK residents will pay approximately 10% more then US residents, and EU residents will pay 41% more than US residents.
