At Fakeupload I,II how do i know how much i uploaded?
You can't see your fake upload in the UI, if that's what you meant. Otherwise, limit your real upload to 10kB/s to archive the desired effect:

So i must see the snatchlist to see if i uploaded enough.Right?And does it work only when i am uploading or does it work all the time?
Either the snatchlist or the peerlist. And yes, it only works when you're uploading.
Which mod is better? Is the fake upload ratio larger to be good ?
The Multi mods come good if you get to upload, but some sites have scripts against them. Fakeup is less detectable, but requires more upload. Check the first post.

At the moment I think uTorrent is the fastest because of it's new implementation uTP, the micro transport protocol. This UDP-based reliable transport is designed to minimize latency, but still maximize bandwidth when the latency is not excessive. We use this for communication between peers instead of TCP, if both sides support it. In addition, we use information from this transport, if active, to control the transfer rate of TCP connections. This means uTorrent, when using uTP, should not kill your net connection - even if you do not set any rate limits. In addition we now implement NAT hole-punching for uTP connections, so connectivity should be improved for peers that do not have their ports mapped.

No there isn't..in fact you can only fake if you allow upload.

nope,i have tested a torrent from public tracker and Bitcomet was faster.
Vuze download faster when i use it for private trackers but when it comes to public tracker vuze sucks:stupid:,and same with utorrent
Bitcomet was 2-3 times faster when it comes to downloading from public tracker,there is a collection which is only available at piratebay..

BitComet can be faster because it uses several "tactics" to increase speeds. I have mentioned some of them on the BitThief talk thread.
It's not possible to introduce no upload or client spoofing in BitComet because it's closed-source.
The same explanation from the uTorrent mod goes for the DHT-Patch, search for it.
Bitcomet 0.60 ClientID patch
From what I know, that lets you emulate uTorrent 1.3 or Azureus 2.3.0.6. It's super-detectable, though.

It uses various "tactics". I can mention:
exploiting super-seeding - as I said before, this makes the first seeder of a torrent think BitComet will spread the data it receives more efficiently, when it won't.
it favors other BitComets - that college LAN experiment should be a prime example. But this can actually speed things up if everyone uses BitComet in the swarm
it hammers the seeders - by sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting right after that in hopes of getting an optimistic unchoke and therefore be treated like a newly arrived peer, being uploaded to a lot without expecting too much in return - and then further "resets" its status
older versions ignored the private flag, but this has been fixed.
also, I haven't checked this, but supposedly it sometimes reduces the tracker announce interval to get more peers, putting more pressure on the server.

Look at their FAQ. Some ban BitComet, but there are a few allowed versions. If there is no mention of this, just load the torrent in BC and see if you can download it :biggrin:

I would help you with DHT but sadly I don't know anything about that patch...

DHT patch is there to ignore "no DHT" flags and then accept users outside the tracker. Very useful for ghostleeching. I don't know if private trackers can detect when you are using it.

Because of the reasons I have mentioned before, specially the supposed extra pressure it puts on the tracker (not checked by me).
The DHT-Patch mod lets you enable DHT, PEX and eMule source search for private torrents. Useful for Demonoid torrents whose creators have set the private flag to 1 by mistake, or ghostleeching+ at TL.
Trackers can't detect you're using the DHT-Patch mod per se, but if you upload to DHT-found clients, you may overfake.
BitComet imposes a minimum global upload speed of 10kB/s, however the individual one is not restricted.

Yes, but not all; Filelist.ro even encourages its use by offering a "Filelist BitComet" download.

I am using Internet Download manger,it is working like a charm.

It should be able to. If you're only having problems with that particular server, it must be blocking BitComet - after all, download managers make multiple connections and chew a lot of bandwidth with segmented downloading.
hello can you explain me why the dht connection is off on the 1.13 and not on 1.12
I've deactivated it in the bc options, but you could re-enable it.

Trackers can't detect you're using the DHT-Patch per se, but if you upload to a lot of DHT-found peers, you may overfake. Not a problem if you limit your upload speed, though, and finding so many people through DHT already means the tracker's "official" swarm is huge.
so in fact i dont need to connect the dHT for bitcomet sbi 1.13 works fine ! (i thought it was a bug) really i m noob and i try to understand :smile:

Yes - DHT helps you find more peers, but it's not 100% necessary - apart from useless on most private trackers.
Bitcomet is faster for me either.
