I think AOM is the best option for magicians or magic lovers
Also I know is difficult to get an invite
They once "opened", but that was due to an error. They disabled all accounts joining this way after they fixed it. :biggrin:
Yeah, its almost impossible to get in there..That's why I stopped trying...the best tracker for its category..

Indeed - I think it's a requirement for registration, actually. This would keep collectors away... except collector magicians, of course. :lol:
I don't think it's a requirment for signing up but they offered a kind of interview to join in the past where you had to show you're a magican. :wink2:

Dear members, although its an older topic, I would like to take the opportunity to inform you about AOM.
On august 15 2010:
630 members
8900 seeding torrents
Only the most high ranked members (icons) can invite members in. Currently there are only 12 icons. And as their recommendations could effect their status, they hardly bring in new members. The current policy is to reduce the amount of members even more. AOM focusses on professionals only. Dont get fooled by invite offers on internet (there are none) or people that pretend to sell accounts. Trading or selling accounts is against the site policy so traded or sold accounts will be banned.
If you are a magic lover, there are lots of other sites on internet to go.

I've heard that now there are even fewer users (around 200-300)! They have never stopped deleting accounts.

Was sorting some old files, found this. Back on 2009 they had an application process of sorts and these are the questions they asked you (but there were no guarantees of getting invited and they stated so pretty clearly). It's a decade old and very unlikely to be relevant for its original purpose, but if anyone's serious about joining this place, it may still help to have the answers readied.
1. Where did you find AOM and what do you know about AOM?
2. How old are you and which country do you come from?
3. How long are you into magic?
4. What does magic mean for you?
5. Are you a member of a magic circle/association/club and if so which one?
6. How much time per week do you spend on magic?
7. What kind of magic are you in to?
8. How much money do you spend on buying magic dvds/books etc?
9. Do you have some performances online (like youtube) and if so can we see them?
10. Where did you get your magic from so far?
11. How many magic dvds/ebooks do you have? And if you have a list, please include that to your reply.
12. What is your experience level with torrents and ripping dvds?
13. How long do you keep your files seeding?
14. What is your upload speed?
15. On what other torrent sites are you and what are your ratios there?
16. What do you do think you have to offer to AOM?

I've no idea about magic. Apparently the torrents on this site can't be found anywhere else and you can't get an invite unless the admin or 4 or 5 members there that have the ability invite you.
They used to be open signup once upon a time, I think around 2005-06. That's how those 600 odd members got in. After that they closed signups and disabled invites so the exclusivity went up.
I think it's stupid to be so secretive for a torrent site but they seem to be ok with it.
I looks like they are just buying dvds, courses and sharing between them. So it's tricks that are already in the open.
You can get those even on udemy now and on trackers that share udemy courses.
Many people would probably make their mission to get in this tracker just for the sake of being on the most exclusive torrent tracker.
