I'm on this site for a few years now and i have to say it's great! :tongue:

Me too love that place. And for a long time I have been using a userstyle for it, so now it looks way better, not ads, and the ergonomics is top notch.

This is what the style does




This style is meant for PureTnA, an adult bittorrent tracker.

It removes:
- All advertisement
- A lot of empty spaces that were used to space the advertisements
- All searchoptions, only thing left is the searchbox nicely centered
- Disclaimer footer

It changes:
- Torrent list and torrent details widened
- Filterbox adjusted to fit with the new size and also to make it look nicer
- Coloring visited links on torrent browse page and changed color of the (NEW) text to less bright red

- Fixed accidental wishlist removal
- Just for the record: GodDAMN that site's source sucks, jesus, ever heard of a div?

Sorry for posting this here. I upgraded FF to v3.5, added this addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6227 and now when go to the site I can't see any pictures. Is this just me or do maybe they have somekind of problem?

Its not just you, pictures wont work for me either and i dont have that addon.

It worked fine just a few days ago, and I even had that addon, but it wasn't Firefox 3 but 2!

I think they have problems with their picture server from time to time...

Also for some days there were no new torrents added or not displayed in the list.

Seems they still have to fix some server problems, but all in all a very good addition to my tracker collection;)

Btw it was on the firefox threat site list for some days also until i turned that annoying thing off;)

We weren't using that to display the images :tongue: Hotlinking to trackers' pictures is dangerous, that's why we disabled that.

The error message you posted looks like a database issue.

When you use characters like -_,;.:/()=?........ in your passwort, you will get this message. Do not use this special characters in you passwort and it will work, I think. The same happened to me.:biggrin:

I just confirmed a fresh account with a password that was just a number sequence and was automatically logged in, but when I logged out to check if it still worked... "username or password incorrect" :eek13:

And yes, some trackers have the problem you said with special characters. I once thought I had lost a Waffles account... but after recovering and changing the pass things went smooth again.

I just got a hold of the following announcement.


"The sites are gone forever. They were hacked and will not be back up. Sad day. I'm a Mod at both TnA and EMP. We received an email today saying the sites were hacked and the owners will not spend the money to fix the security holes and have decided to shut down BOTH sites.
For security purposes all the HDD's have been wiped clean by the owners. They (owners) are not willing to sell the sites. They will not be back."

I'm not 100% sure it's official, but I'll be closing this and the Empornium review threads for now. RIP to the two biggest porn trackers.
