Susan Boyle catapulted to finals of 'Britain's Got Talent'

Singing sensation Susan Boyle breezed through to the finals of the television show "Britain's Got Talent" after the audience on Sunday voted her semi-finals performance the best of the night.

Her performance of "Memory" from the musical "Cats" earned her a standing ovation and a spot in next Saturday's finale.

She's had her hair done up and doesn't look as Scottish scruffy. Though that is a large part of her act; when she came on stage many people in the audience were probably, and myself, were thinking that she's just going to embarass herself; she was to ugly to become the next Shakira; but her voice blew everyone over... I saw her on TV the episode that she came on, and I was gob smacked (English term for shocked).

Well, she didn't win and appearently she is in some kind of mental institution now. Wonder what will happen to her in the future....
