many of you maybe didn't know that one of our site members (Snitlev) may be facing a difficult fight with anti-filesharing powers - in order to share his experiences with the community and keep us up to date with the current situation he was willing to present a legal defense letter containing a reply towards accusations delivered via a public prosecutor, naturally on behalf of anti-filesharing organizations

this defense letter was composed by his attorney with experience in similar matters and is written in german so in order to give a heads up to the english users here we tried to translate it as it might be helpful if someone else gets in a similar situation
