I think What.CD ban after international IP change, if I'm not mistaken.

Ahh...well, OK. I'll keep it then. I don't want the account to be disabled after the trade is done and they say I'm a scammer. BTW, what program can I use to cheat there? I want to have access to PU section.

I don't think Waffles.FM ban after international IP change, but I am unsure.

You can use the moofdev RatioMaster on torrents with a lot of leechers, and I believe <150kBps fake upload. Avoid large "pack" torrents. Check the cheating on What.CD thread.

Having said this, I prefer to use the Azureus Extreme Mod, no spoofing, with <70kBps fake upload, as well as limiting the download speeds on torrents. I prefer it due to the extra security that Azureus Mods offer over RM.
