A new build of the much-awaited Windows 7 operating system has leaked onto the Internet.


Pirated copies of the Windows 7 Release Candidate have leaked to file-sharing sites, according to several reports on the Internet and searches of BitTorrent trackers.

For anyone interested, version Windows 7 version 7100 is the RC. There have been four RC leaks, two are P2P releases from TL, and 2 from The Scene released by iND.

I'm waiting for the Stable before I switch over...

Do some Googling and you'll prbabaly come up with more. My first thoughts were there proabably aren't, but then I remembered Micro$oft did something to the core to make it run more efficiently, or something along those lines.

If you are planning on switching to 7 and using VS 08, why not wait a year for VS 2010? That would be optimised for use with 7.

I wonder if BIE will come back when Windows 7 is officially released. Definitely a talented group; running one of their Windows Vista Ultimate x64 releases for the passed year. Never had any WGA problems at all.

Or if they don't come back, hopefully a new group will start up to fill the void.
