well, it says that the site is currently closed :smile:

but I remember FTM, I was once there when it started up. It was pretty small tracker. It still kind of is with just 350 users.

Obviously, it's managed to keep things together there since it's conception.

ya. I found that too anonftw after clicking the link and googling for 'facethemusic'. OpenDNS just give's me the usual 'not found' type of page.

but of course, there's lots' of other music sites around too like Glabella.org. Maybe one of these is kind of a replacement for FTM considering that, that site is now either down or out of service for good.

It' is kind of saddening and unfortunate to see site's like FTM which I know has been around for awhile now go under for one reason or another.

As far as I know, FTM indeed closed down. When they were alive, I got in via open signups - their lack of content and peers were amazing. They probably failed because of this, the so-called "ratio-free music tracker curse", which CE is supposed to have broken.

Oh, and I still remember anonftw confusing this one with FTN. :biggrin:
