Cheating at TR isn't very hard, I recommend you to jump on exclusive torrents or bigger packs, but you can also fake on new torrents with some leechers.
I used speeds ~ 200KB/s at packs and < 130 KB/s at normal torrents and I'm fine.
Also Ghostleeching is supposed to work there too.
