The edited post in mteam says those who applied during the suspended period should post again.
Not sure in avistaz but there's nothing to lose isn't it?
You could mention that you have sent a message before or quote your old message.

well, some staffs as i heard from others that they decline the request if they ask from multiple places or multiple times (them thinking i want to create dupes)

PTer is a little like MAM, their staffs are friendly and easy-going, not bossy or harsh at all. should be fine asking again as long as mentioning the last application that did not receive a response.

I have just got invite of pter.club from Avistaz, So what user class i need to reach to get into TTG, Frds, HDSky.
I have searched but i haven't found any information about promotion for user classes.

I lost my account on Blutopia a long time ago. But Cinematik's new user thread has a few BLU uploaders recently. So if you want to get to Tik, Blutopia is a way to go.

TTG: CU + 2k days seeding (suspend now)

KeepFrds: IU + 1.5T seeding FRDS's release

HDSky:
PU + contract of keep seeding 10T+ for a year after joining (working)
OR VU + upload 10T + 10 torrents (suspend)
