I tried this method on a tracker:

I downloaded a torrent and completed it via utorrent.
Stopped it.
Opened same torrent with RM+ done 100% + memory reader and seeded few data on it then stopped it and closed RM+.
It showed the data uploaded on tracker page.
I started the torrent again in uT so it would look like its real seeding.
I refreshed tracker page but the UL data is set to 0.00 KB

WHY ??
Then i started the same torrent

And i am getting error on few trackers. failed to decode tracker response. it shows weird messages.

Second, it worked wonderful with TL yesterday but today it seemed like it couldn't connect to the tracker anymore.
I updated to 1.3.1 but the problem wasn't resolved

You're not forced to back to seed using uT again, just add the torrent to RM+ and start seeding.
If you will use both uT and RM+ side by side then use memory reader.

Also, the numbers on the tracker page I think it's a session numbers not a over-whole numbers.

@meandme maybe you should have wait till RM have updated stats and then starts your utorrent.
Try it again and look at your ratio

RM+ updates the stats on (Just as the real client):
- Update time is reached.
- Pressing Stop button.

Stats are update but as my real upload speed is too low, seeding on uT almost 0 kbps :( unfortunately
that is why i started in utorrent after faking my desired amount of data.
on the tracker page under seeding list, it appear 0.00 after i started in utorrent. but while faking it was showing the amount in GB's..

Many torrents are doing that lucius, from various trackers. i will look and try sending you one.

That's a normal time out behavior from Rm+ which meaning it is trying to reach the TL tracker but It got failed.
What about the real client ? Works well ?

I'm totally lost ! Why're using the real uTorrent again after cheating the amount you want using Rm+ ?!
and Again , the stats of the torrent is only session not total uploaded.
Example:
if you started a torrent from 0% to 50% and the uploaded was 150MB the tracker would say 150mb up, then when you stop then start again it will count from 0MB again while the total uploaded amount is already +150mb. that's what I mean by just session upload amount.

I am using real utorrent again because my real upload speed is dead slow and i seed torrents for 1 week minimum before removing from utorrent list.
so after cheating data, i just start in utorrent. hope you understood now.

I think there are some missing parts that you don't understand.

It's up to the tracker itself. like IPT if you didn't reach 1:1 ratio then it will consider hit and run and will appear in 'Torrent needs seeding' in the main bar beside your profile link.

that's exactly what you're missing, when you use ratiomaster. just let it seed the torrent until it reaches the wanted ratio and that's it ! you already finished the cheating process, no need to go back and seed from uTorrent at all !

it's simple, use uTorrent to download. once the torrent finished downloading move it to Rm+ and start seeding until you satisfy with the uploading stats. and that's it. don't ever go back and seed using uTorrent there is no need for it anyway.

I hope you got everything now because I don't know why but I have a feeling that you're doing something totally wrong.

so i can even seed with RM+ with 0 speed as long as i want but if i restart it gets closed and i have to start it all over again whereas utorrent does it itself so i start it again in utorrent.

and Rm+ saves everything on exit also. when you start it again you'll find everything just there.

like i said, i seed torrents for a long time and i don't want it to keep uploading all the time. it will raise suspicion. i want t be safe so after cheating desired amount of data, seed with 0 or very less speed so that i am not traceable in the swarm.

can i seed torrents at partial download ? I always do 100% completed in RM, can i do 87% or some random percentage and seed ? is it safe ?

You can, but it's safe according the situation you're trying to do.
