I read somewhere that the author (the248) will never code uTorrent emulations for mRatio. I guess it's because as uTorrent is so popular, this could rise mRatio popularity too, and he apparently don't want that.

It's also known that you can ask him a custom emulation, given that you provide a sniffing imprint of the client you want. But I don't know if you will get a custom uTorrent emulation this way.

No, you won't get it that way either. As far as I know The248 is keeping uTorrent emulation private. In his opinion, due to uT being closed source, you can never be careful enough when coding it - and since he wants mRatio to be as safe as possible, he doesn't want uT emu to reach the public.

mRatio is a wonderful Mod . Undetectable and Pretty Safe to use in almost all trackers providied the user is not greedy . uT emulation would be awesome but i can understand the reasons why he does not want it to become public .

No, it won't - that's why you have to stop them before closing mR.

    Just double checking...

The setting in the options menu it's in kb/s (kbps)? The announce random speed.

So if I set it to 500kb/s it will show as 50 in the main window right?

I think it is kilo bytes per second, so 500kb/s will be a high speed. Set a low value just in case and see how it progress.

The random announce speed is a deadly typo, it's supposed to be kB/s
