Functionality should be the same as the "normal" Sophos AV. The homepage gives more details on why this edition was made.

I didnt find anything specific about wot sophos has to offer that no other av already offers !?

But i certainly will give it a shot in addition whit my current installed av

That is ill advised. Running two anti-virus products simultaneously is a very bad idea.
