usually happens when old(unfortunately incompatible) preferences.ini or other mod-prefs.ini is used instead of doing proper clean install or atleast starting with new clean preferences.ini

happened to me when i used old prefs from MorphXT for StulleMule

well .. history tends to repeat itself ..
