i think its something with referrers,they have some kind of logs on server and it logs the site from which you came and i think it can log the site before you was on,so when they look in servers access log they see your IP was before there and there,i think so

i could be seen from coming from this site,also i could be seen if i was last on this site even if i type in google adress
but whenn disabling referrers in firefox how i posted you can't see from where i coming

When typing the URL in the address bar: no

hmm they really aren't sent from this site,so i wonder how then can he know that he banned SBi membersor it's just luck,if he had IP's on his site it would mean nothing except he could see that those IP's are on SBi,but how then could he manage to see on SBi IP's from members

He hasn't broken any rules, so there's no grounds to do so.
How about if your like me, and you have a desktop (wink), and a laptop (wink, wink), you don't go to what.cd on your desktop and don't visit sbi-innovations on your laptop (wink, wink). That way your ip is never shown coming from sbi-innovations, therefore they can't say your a cheater bye bye. Its so easy to avoid.
I assume your desktop and laptop have different IPs?
