That's because it picks up the default "sername" string from the login boxes at the top of the register page, which will always appear regardless of whether signups are open or not. Change it to "Confirm password" and it should work:

I know this high lvl trackers have open sign ups, but can it tell if a trackers from lvl3 to even maybe 4 are open for sign ups?
