It does matter - always use the latest one.
And, by the way, it'll look a bit suspicious that you're using 4.0.0.2 when the official 4.0.0.4 update is already out. Go to the Vuze installation directory, open AzureusSpoof.properties with Notepad, and edit it to look like this:

You have to close Azureus before editing the file.

is anyone have a trouble with higher upload speed than download speed in high level trackers? for example lets say i'm always downloading 200 kb/s from tracker. but i also upload with 200 kb/s which is safe on that tracker. what do you think?
