    Tackling College Piracy: MPAA and RIAA’s Favorite

    In part one of our look into the anti-piracy efforts at universities, we saw that Missouri S&T used a simple home grown system, ignoring the favorites of the entertainment industry. In part two, we look at Ohio University, Texas A&M University, Tulane University and others that do use one of the methods preferred by the RIAA and MPAA.

    I personally prefer this method.
    The first one requires a test
    Code:
    #include <iostream>
    int main()
    {
    int test = 5;
    int totaltime = 15;
    int freetime = (totaltime - test);

    std::cout << "You only got " << freetime << " hours of freetime over;

    return 0;
    }
    The second one is easier.

    Why commenting the whole code?
    And I think a copy of APT is all you'd need to bypass that method...

    Now trying to compile that will end up with a program that just NOPs -.-
    BTW, doesn't it do anything after you run out of free time?

    It will give a negative result and when you get that you will know that your social life is over.

    This is just some easy written code I could write it with loops, but i'm too lazy to do that right now.

    PHP Code:
    ...
    int freetime = (totaltime test);

    std::cout << "You only got " << freetime << " hours of freetime over;
    if freetime <= 0; shell("
    shutdown.exe --t 0")

    return 0;

    I'd use "start cle.exe cold shutdown" but that makes it less portable

    Nice program to have at start-up

    Especially if you set int freetime = 0;
