    I say swimming. It's also very relaxing, sort of my weekly meditation. I also started driving pretty much every distance with my bicycle. Often it's faster than the public transport and when it's not it isn't that much of a difference (~10% longer). But while I'm sitting in the public transport, I basically do nothing and while I'm cycling I'm doing sports at the same time. Way more efficient.

    Not every person's body is the same. Some require cardio, others weight loss, others increase muscle mass and it goes on and on. As for the games I suppose each has it own advantages. Running helps you build stamina and leg physice, swimming get you a swimmer's physice, stamina and better breathing technique. Get my point.
