Ah, I see. Is the 2-3Mb overall client speed or for each torrent? Thank you for your input.
not sure if bluetopia is using the stock unit3d, but the stock one seems only do detection for pure ghostleeching account (0 actual ul, 0 actual dl), somewhat similar to the stock luminance
As has been told to me, staff here would rather focus on having a tracker worth using rather than catching cheaters, so I'd expect anything other than flash upload to work.

Will it be ok if I let a torrent seed organically for few days and then upload 1:1.0x ratio on 20MBps?

I recommend checking out http://www.sb-innovation.de/showthread.php?t=18705 and using the search engine before you try anything.

I really need your help because they have this strict HnR rule.
All torrents require a minimum of 7 days (168 hours) seed time, regardless of ratio.
Does the ghostleeching method work in this tracker?
There is a 10% buffer before the minimum seeding requirements kick in. This means that torrents will not be considered a HnR if the amount you have downloaded is less than 10%.
What do you recommend?
Thanks

If you do a little searching, you'll find several posts from me where I explain how hit & run systems work and can potentially be fooled (yes, ghostleeching is one way, but none of them are perfect).
Based on what you're saying, BLU is somewhat of a special case. Those "regardless of ratio" and 10% clauses close and open loopholes, respectively.

thanks anon.
But can you give me a link to one of your posts on this topic (how hit & run systems work and can potentially be fooled)?
I searched the keyword hit and run and even read several posts, but I didn't see a post that clearly shows a solution.Of course, I found some software that has the option of not sending report to the tracker.

No offense, but telling you to search and then immediately doing it in your behalf wouldn't make much sense... in any case, it looks like your efforts are on the right path
