Some times i can change to strech the video when i watch TV so the black bar goes away but some times it cant be streched, its like its locked in some how. any ideas why is that? im using KODI as media player with my 65" TV.

It is the way they filmed it. If you watch "justice league snyder cut" you'll see big bars on both sides of your screen. That movie was filmed in 4:3
It depends on each TV.
Purist would shame you for not enjoying the content the way it was meant to be .
In principle, all you need to do is enable stretching and disable aspect ratio correction in your display and/or media player. If there's a setting that adds black bars to the decoded video output to allow displaying subtitles there, turn it off too.
It's possible that the bars are part of the video itself as opposed to simply areas of the screen where nothing is rendered, but this is rare, as encoders usually crop them. In those cases, you need to use zooming or pan&scan instead.
