I have received these several times and the following solutions worked:

• waiting 15 to 30 minutes and trying again
• adding a few random line breaks in the post
• changing my IP

Using HTTPS reportedly also works, but not for me.

Im Upload Manager schlägt dieser ebenfalls Fehl,
