I don't care about version, uT 2.2 is fine. The no-report functionality is not working on most trackers.
It's next to useless and it seems that I'm the only one having these issues.

I'm using the default (which is no-report). Tried it on bitspyder, blackcats, bitme, empornium, pussy-torrents and every download was reported. It doesn't work.
Do me a favour try it on several trackers and see if your downloads get reported (ie. ratio drops).
I passed the exam
They'll give me my degree by the end of next month.

Congratulations anon. Should ever become one, I trully believe you'll be one of the best.
In my school, one hour out of a week one of us byalphabetic order would select a lesson from our text book and teach it to an entire class. Our teach would took our place as a student. We had the ability of a real teacher: grade (had a special catalog for this class, non-official, of course), call out students to the blackboard, talk about whatever we wanted. How cool would it be if the oral exam suddenly had a bunch of kids sitting there, and you had to teach them something?
And this was only one year.
You see, in the 4th grade our school had plans to make a special class for their advanced english classes. These were 5 hours a week, as opossed to just 1 that everyone had.
My english teacher was one of the best teachers I ever had. She came up with the ideea to arrage the classes as:
- Monday - 1 class: Extra Textbook
- Tuesday- 2 classes: School textbook and Project class
- Thursday- 1 class: Teach your lesson
- Friday- 1 class: Write a story
- Saturday- 1 class: Holliday preparations, shows.
It gives me a great joy to remember her. I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to say to her how much I appreciated her. Back then I thought she was nuts (escpaed from asylum nuts), all the homework, all the projects... She would yell, OMG ... I was scared out of my wits. I used to pray to God for her to be in good mood.
Every week we would teach a whole hour, write a story (short of a short book) and present it to the class at the end. Just the facts.
Ocaasionally we would do saturdays as a meeting, to talk about christmas shows, and holloween etc.
My parents were barely able to keep up with all these payments. School books were free, but extra-textbooks, and costumes for parties and special items for projects were expensive.
There was no romanian language in either of these classes. Only english.
She would be proud.. I've done nothing with my life, and I'm using the knowledge gained for google searching and writing on forum threads.

oh yeah, one more thing: the teach/cheat paradox?Originally Posted by VA
by teaching (the theory), the teacher cheats his students of practical experience (the practice) - not only practical examples in written exercise, but more importantly: IRL examples, their own search for examples, own IRL experience - this IRL part or IRL connection is often missing from educational programs - also, the teacher may be cheating himself in this way as well

you've done as much as you could with your current level of understanding (applies to any period of your life)Originally Posted by Master Razor

you've done more than you can possibly imagine (the interconnectedness, the cleansing)
your actions have been just as relevant as the actions of any other being in existence (regardless of how their relevance is commonly perceived)
you couldn't have done more even if you wanted to (proof: that which actually happened)
all a matter of perspective, change yours and suddenly everything looks different...just make sure its really the 'right' perspective (some perspectives tend to be 'dangerous')
finally, applies to anyone & everyone (existing)
also, there's no such thing as 'nothing' (there's always something, just perhaps not that which you were 'looking for' or 'thinking of' or 'expecting',...), theory excluded
Yesterday, I got a hold of the educational netbooks the government is giving out for 2014.
USB 3.0. 4 GB of RAM. Intel Celeron processor with HD integrated graphics. Tweakable BIOS. Bigger screen with 1366x748 native resolution. Rotating webcam. Windows 8.1.
Sadly, my chances of getting one are near-zero, but hope dies last...

Why are your chances so low?
