Tried explorer, didn't like itI love my warrior so far
I also tried settler in previous betas and it's kinda fun but if I remember correctly you constantly need to pick certain packages on your way in order to build stuff.
Are you still in your first "big" map? I hope I'll be able to finish mine tomorrow!
I would like warrior _a lot_ better if I wasn't playing alone. I actually enjoyed the times where other warriors were standing around the challenges so we did it together. Haven't tried settler but the description ingame seemed kinda boring. I'm probably completely wrong though...
Yeah I'm still in the first big map. Actually haven't been able to play all too much this week, which is kinda frustrating seeing as this is the only time I'll have to actually decide if I'll go for it! :/
I hit lvl 15 today but no mount
Plus I did my first adventure run and it was pretty fun. I'm in next big map and honestly when I see the size of it and just think how many quests await me, I don't feel like playing anymore!
you need to buy the mount somewhere. can't remember where, though. It should be pretty cheap, however...

Not impressed with this much. Too cartonish. Checking out progress on Black Desert tho, that could be real nice gem.

Yeah the cartooney is a bit of a thorn in my eye as well.. I've always preferred a more realistic setting. Hadn't heard of black gem before, but it looks pretty awesome..!

I don't think I will get it either. It hasn't kept me interested long enough to go through the entire week, so I doubt I'll play it enough to make a monthly sub worthwhile. And like you said, chances are high it will go f2p in half a year or so.
I have checked out ArcheAge but haven't actually played it yet. (Twitch). Seems pretty cool and probably a lot more fun than WildStar (for me). I also like the graphics style a whole lot better. Can't wait to try it! Wasn't it going to be f2p from the start, btw?
Yes, Archeage is F2P from start, but will have sub model as well, which will give you some kind of boosts I think. But they asure us it won't be pay to win game

I gladly subbed for more than half a year after trying out the f2p for a month.
I played SWTOR at launch for 6 months. Then it got kinda boring. Goes F2P and only once payed subbed, 60 days for 13€
I only stopped playing it cause i got locked out due to a bug on their side with the security keys, and I can't call their help line :( I was 3 days into my subscription and got access back a week or two after it ended... (meaning almost 80 days later)
Haven't gotten back to it since then. Kinda bothered that all my stuff will be locked up to due my subscription ending (I was way over all the caps that a f2p account has :( )
