driver or software problem, error msg...

Hi!
im having problem playing a game "call of duty ghost"
after installing the latest update and having all my drivers up to date im still having game crash with this error:

Direct3D Device: Present failed (DIVICE REMOVED): DXGI_ERROR_DIVICE_HUNG (-2005270523)


i can run the game for some minutes but it just crash and end with that msg above, any other game run without problems. is some windows software missing ?

only happend in this game and this game runs only at win64 systems, i have win7 64 with ati 6700 gfx and 6gb memory.

yeah i cheacked that allready, only ppl with own solution but non of it works

From what I read on there the developers are looking into it, there should be a patch sooner or later I guess.
