No. mRatio only emulates a client and the upload/download data it reports to the tracker. It doesn't connect to other peers or transfer anything.

is the memory reader saved when exiting mr ?...

I mean if I use memory reader with my official bit client open ... then apply the result, then use mr, and then exit ... are the memory reader activation+values saved and re-applied when launching mr again ?

If you restart mRatio, the old values are lost and you must use the memory reader again.

I have question. How much per hours/minutes reports to tracker because I seeding now (I was in school for 1 h So per 1 h not update at all...)( in other 3 h I just click on Update button) And I Don't see anything on torrent site... ... Do I need Manual to do it ?
